All Your Favorite Superheroes!

It is impossible to discuss "Avengers: Endgame" at length without giving away key plot points. So, let's just put out the facts, which will give away as many plot points by themselves as you need to know in order to make the decision to see "Avengers: Endgame" or not. The reality is that you either want to see another superhero film or you don't, and nothing in a review is going to convince you to either see "Avengers: Endgame" or not see it.
Let's just put it this way: "Avengers: Endgame" is all about superheroes with different magical powers saving the world from evil aliens. Of course, you already knew that, right? But once you go any further than that, you may as well just either see the film or skip it because that sort of thing either is or is not your cup of tea. Adding any further plot points will either just bore you or ruin the suspense for when you see "Avengers: Endgame." You should, of course, have seen the other Marvel Comics superhero films first in order to really understand what is going on, and at the very least should be familiar with the events of "Infinity Wars." Here's a hint: if you don't know what happened in Marvel Comics' "Infinity Wars" and other films in the series like "Iron Man" and all their many and varied sequels when you make your decision as to whether or not to see "Avengers: Endgame," you may as well not go to see "Avengers: Endgame." That is because you almost certainly won't enjoy "Avengers: Endgame" as much as someone who does know what happened in the earlier films. If you do still want to go see "Avengers: Endgame" just because of the endless marketing for it or you're just curious because of the title or so forth, you are still better off seeing the other films first. Rent them, buy them, watch them on Netflix, see them in a theater if they're playing nearby. Seeing "Avengers: Endgame" first will not only ruin the pleasure of what "Avengers: Endgame" can bring, it also will ruin the pleasure that watching the preceding films in the series can bring. So, that is the recommendation: don't start your Marvel Comics binge with "Avengers: Endgame" because you will just be cheating yourself. I would start with "Iron Man" and go from there. I hope that helps.
